The Grassfield Marching Grizzlies

The Marching Grizzlies are one of the largest & most successful organizations at Grassfield High School, performing & competing locally, regionally, & nationally.  The Marching Grizzlies:
  • Are a 12-time Virginia Honor Band
  • Grand Champions at dozens of local & regional competitions (Independent & Virginia Marching Band Cooperative circuits)
  • Finalists at Bands of America (BOA) Regionals & Super Regionals
  • Have students that compete in Swim, Dive, Soccer, Track, Wrestling, Softball, & Baseball.
  • Have students that participate in STEM, SCA, Art, Debate, DECA, Environmental Club, FBLA, FCA, Forensics, GSA, NHS, Mu Alpha Theta, Scholastic Bowl, TSA, NJROTC, & Scouting.
  • Have students who have been Homecoming King & Queen, Honor Graduates, Salutatorian, scholarship recipients, & Eagle Scouts.
  • Have a place for YOU.
