Concert Ensembles
9th Grade Band
Offered to incoming freshman students upon recommendation by their middle school band director.
This course is designed for intermediate level instrumentalists.

Percussion Ensemble
Offered to percussion students in the 10th, 11th, and 12th grades.

Symphonic Band
Offered to 10th-12th grade students upon approval of director.

The premier performance ensemble at Grassfield High School!
Students must pass a challenging audition & receive director recommendation to be placed into this ensemble.
The difficulties, expectations, and responsibilities are greater than other band classes.
Participation in extra-curricular band activities and private lessons is highly recommended for enrolled students.
Students perform advance high school and college level literature at the VBODA Grades 4-6 levels
