Harbor Park Concessions Teams
Join a concessions team! This is an excellent fundraising opportunity for our band program. Committing to this opportunity can bring in thousands of dollars on a monthly basis.
Our teams will be working a concession stand at Harbor Park, waiting on customers, doing inventory, some light cooking or prep, paperwork and cleaning up.
What is Required:

Our teams will be working a concession stand at Harbor Park, waiting on customers, doing inventory, some light cooking or prep, paperwork and cleaning up.
What is Required:
- Volunteers must be over the age of 16 (if under 16 must be accompanied by their Parent)
- Students will not serve alcohol
- Volunteers must receive training (Team leads will provide training)
- Volunteers must sign the NFP (non-profit) volunteer acknowledgement waiver
- Volunteers must wear Khaki or black pants or shorts, Concessions Shirt (all the same color), close toed shoes.
- Our goal is to work 3-5 events each month.
- Group Earnings: We have been earning an average of $1,000 or more each event!
- Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverage percent: 9.0%
- Alcoholic Beverage percent: 5.0%
- (Group may perform services that do not generate sales and therefore may earn a flat fee per person.)
- We keep all cash and credit card tips/ donations.
- Earnings are directly deposited into our bank account within 1 week of the event.
- Need parents/ students to assign to teams
- Teams will have 6-8 parents/ students each
- Each team will work 1-2 events each month
- More teams we fill, more rotation options we will have
- Team schedule will be created once teams are filled
