The Grassfield Winter Guard is a dynamic and expressive performance ensemble that combines dance, theater, and equipment choreography with breathtaking visual storytelling. Open to all students by audition, regardless of experience, our Winter Guard provides an inclusive and welcoming environment where performers can develop their skills, build confidence, and create lasting friendships. Competing in regional (Atlantic Indoor Association) and national-level circuits (Winterguard International), the team showcases innovative routines set to powerful music, captivating audiences with their artistry and precision. Whether you're a seasoned performer or brand new to the activity, Grassfield Winter Guard offers an exciting opportunity to grow as an artist and be part of a supportive, high-energy team. Join us and experience the thrill of performance, teamwork, and creative excellence! Auditions are typically held in November-December each season.

*It is highly recommended that all potential candidates for Winter Guard are members in the Marching Grizzlies Color Guard.  Important fundamentals, skills & routines are taught over the summer during Marching Band that are necessary for success in the Winter Guard.
